[326] Henry Peter Wolf was nicknamed "Hohn" by the family and many others who knew
him. He was a fine baseball player. He earned his living building and
painting city water tanks for Pittsburg, of DesMoines, IA.
This took him away from home much of the time. He died of Hodgkins disease.

[350] Mabel Mathilda Wolf converted to Catholicism after her marriage. She worked
as telephone operator, and, in her retirement, loved to fish. Henry & Mable
lived most of their married life at Corwith, IA. After Henry's death
Mable moved back to the Keeney house in Weyauwega, WI, where she died.

[351] Henry "Hank" Wolf attended the Corwith Schools and did various kinds of
including working with his father on water towers until he was drafted for
service in the US Army from Scott Co, IA. He served 6 years in the army
stationed in the US. After army service he worked in Davenport, IA as
plumber. He was a licensed airplane pilot and likes fishing & hunting.

[352] Leroy James Wolf attended Corwith Public Schools. He served in the US
Marines and was in the early battles of WW II in Guadalcanal & the South
Pacific where he spent 34 months. He graduated from Tri-State University, in
Angola, IN with a degree in Civil Engineering and was employed by the State of
Wisconsin. He surveyed, designed and was resident engineer on part of
Interstate 90 and 94 from Wisconsin Dells to the Monroe County line. He

[353] June M Wolf was educated in the Corwith, IA schools. She raised her family

[354] Neil Wolf attended the Corwith Schools & painted water towers with his
father at 16 years of age. He served with the US 17th Airborne Division, the
101st Airborne Division & the 508th Parachute Infantry from 1942 to 1947.
His service included the Battle of the Bulge in WW II in Belgium, in
December 1944. Neil had his name legally changed from Cornelius Wolf to Neil
Wolf in Des Moines, in 1974. He helped raise 2 sons of Beverly Ann Berkhoff
- Rex born 1951 & Douglas born 1953 who each have 2 children apiece.

[356] Both Robert & Cecelia Wolf are retired. Robert attended Corwith Schools &
worked on water tanks with his father. Both are veterans of WW II. Robert
served in the Us Army from Jan 1945 to Nov 1946 in the Western Pacific and
Japan. Cecelia served in WW II in the WAAC & WAC from May 1943 to Jan 1946.
In civilian live she was a nurse & housewife. Robert worked for a
Telephone company. They both enjoy fishing

[357] Doug receive his education in the Corwith schools. He served in the Air
Force from 1945 to 1947 In the Hawaian Islands, Guam & in Japan. He was
trained in the Aviation Cadet School in San Antonio, TX

[358] Leo Aloysius Walf and Louis Gregory Wolf were twins. Louis died in May
1931 of burns suffered when he climbed on a chair to get crackers kept in the
warming oven of the stove and pulled a kettle of hot soup on himself

[360] Mary Lou Wolf had a career in the newspaper business. As a student at
Weyauwega, WI High School, she worked for the Weyauwega Chronicle, a paper
founded by her great-great Grandfather, Jonahtan Kenney. She attended the
American Academy of Arts in Chicago and took business and journalism courses
the University of Wisconsin. She was a staff writer and correspondent for
the Wheaton, IL, Daily Journal and was the only woman Managing Editor on a
daily Newspaper in Wisconsin when she received that appointment to the
Rhinelander Daily News in 1975. Eventually she became the Managing Editor
for the Neena-Menasha Daily Northwestern. She enjoys reading and continues
writing in her retirement and she assists her husband in the operation of
the resort.

[361] Pat Wolf Joch worked in a factory in addition to her homemaking duties 7
life on a farm.

[362] This limited information concerning Charles "Chuck" Edward Wolf was
provided by Charles and his son Hohn. Charles has traveled widely
and held many jobs. He served in the US Marines in Korea and was on Johnson
Island at the last atmospheric hydroben bomb test by the US in 19652. He
lived in the Far East from 1966 to 1968 and has lived in Hawaii and in Puerto
Rico and now (1995) lives in Denver Colorado. He has been a carpenter and in
1995 was working in communication. The data about Hohn Wolf was provided by
