Joseph Fritsche had but one wife. He inherited the family farm.
Joseph and his wife died at a very young age of smallpox.

[145] The following is text information about the family of Amand Fritsche:
MARIA FRITSCHE, married a farmer named Kliegel from Schonfeld. There were
no children, but they adopted the son of Theresia Fritsche
(Maria's sister). This adopted son operated the well-known Kliegel Inn at the
station in Ebersdorf. A well-known German music professor is a descendent of
this adopted son.
BEATA FRITSCHE married a farmer named August Eitner in Schonfeld. They
had four children. They lived in Schonfeld until expelled after WW II,
THERESIA Fritsche Married a butcher named Schmidt in Schonfeld. They had
seven children and lived in Schonfeld until expelled after WW II .
ANNA FRITSCHE married a farmer and master-baker named Grund in Lauterback.
They had seven children who lived in the Lauterback area.
AGNES FRITSCHE never married and died 1937.
FRANZISKA FRITSCHE married a farmer named Veith in Woplfelsdorf. They had
eight children who lived there until expelled after WW II.
FRANZ FRITSCHE married Agnes Stiller (Born Feb 1, 1866 and died Apr 11,
1941). Their son managed the farm until they were expelled after WW II.
Other children of Franz and Agnes Fritsche may still live in the area.
JOSEPH FRITSCHE emigrated to America and is treated fully under his own
name (#199).
KLEMENS FRITSCHE married the first time to a widow named Eitner in
Seitendorf. They had one son.
He married a second time to a woman named Athbatsdorf. They had five
children and were expelled after WW II.
AUGUST FRITSCHE married a girl from the Mader farm in Hain (that was
probably also her last name) They bought a farm in Neuendorf. It is
unknown how many children they had. They still owned the farm when expelled
after WW II.

[146] Maria Fritsche married a farmer named Kliegel from Schonfeld. No children,
but they adopted the son of Theresa Fritsche (Maria's sister).
This adopted son owned the well known Kliegel Inn at the station in Ebersdorf.
A well known German music professor is a descendent of this adopted son.

[147] Beate Fritsche married a farmer named August Eitner in Schonfeld. They
had four children. They lived in Schonfeld until they were expelled from
there after WW II.

[148] Theresia Fritsche married a butcher named Schmidt in Schonfeld. They had
seven children and lived in Schonfeld until expelled after WW II.

[149] Anna married a farmer and master-baker named Grund in Laukterbach. They
had seven children who lived in the Laukterbach area.

[150] Franziska married a farmer named Veith in Wolfelsdorf. They had eight
children who lived there until they were expelled after WW II.

[151] As eldest son, Franz Fritsche inherited the family farm, although his
son, Alfons, owned the farm until they were expelled after WW II. Other
children lived in the surrounding area.

[153] Franz Fritsche owned the farmstead at Hain until his death in 1924.
His son, Alfons, became the owner but Franz's widow, Agnes, assumed
management of the operation until 1934. She was a strict and capable
manager and the farm prospered.
The family was expelled in 1946 at which time Alfons was a prisoner
of war.

[104] Fifth generation known ancestor of the the Fritsche family, and the first in
America. Joseph Fritsche emmigrated to Arkansas in the United States from his
ancestral homeland in Germany.

for more than 180 years before being expelled in 1946.
